We are looking for a target-driven PCD Pharma Sales Executive (Telecalling) to work from our office and convert incoming and outbound leads into franchise/distributor partners over the phone. This is a desk-based role — no field travel required. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can build trust with prospective franchise partners entirely through calls, follow-ups, and WhatsApp/email coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into franchise/monopoly-basis partnerships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly primary/secondary sales targets
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing franchise partners; resolve order/supply issues promptly
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Collect outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
Requirements
- Proven experience in Pharma Sales / PCD Pharma Franchise
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
- Local candidates from Chandigarh/Mohali/Panchkula/Tricity strongly preferred
