Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven s*ales Agent with experience in residential flat sales*. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be capable of generating leads, convincing prospective customers, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales process through to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into site visits and bookings.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with the sales team.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers within company guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.




- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to maximize conversions.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in in commersial and residential flat sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Solid sales aptitude with the ability to handle customer objections.
- Fluent in Hindi; English communication will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel, CRM software, and email communication.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
