Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive company growth by expanding our market footprint.

lead Generation & Prospecting: Research prospective clients, identify new market opportunities, and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients

Pitches & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, sales pitches, and formal business proposals tailored to client needs

Market & Competitor Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to support growth strategies

Sales Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities,



prospect interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development initiatives with overall business goals

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Solid negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience (Profile-based)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
