- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide product information to potential clients
- Generate Proforma Invoices (PI) using MS Office and Copilot tools
- Coordinate with import teams and maintain basic documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients in English
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute to sales strategy
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Basic understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and import procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to use Copilot for document generation
- Solid verbal communication skills in English
- Educational background in Btech/Mtech
- MBA would be an additional preference (Marketing preferred)
- Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn
