Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud functional modules. The successful candidate will independently deliver high-quality Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, partnering closely with global customers throughout the complete project lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
The ideal candidate has extensive consulting experience, strong functional knowledge of the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering multiple Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. This role also provides opportunities to mentor junior consultants,



lead functional workstreams, contribute to solution design, and support continuous improvement initiatives across Oracle Consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Oracle HCM Cloud functional workstreams across full lifecycle implementation projects.
Conduct customer workshops to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
Design, configure, and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud solutions aligned with Oracle implementation methodology and leading practices.
Configure and support Oracle Core HR together with at least two HCM Cloud functional modules.
Perform solution design, functional configuration, testing, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.
Configure and support BPM approvals, Transaction Console, Application Security, and Fast Formula solutions where applicable.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical consultants, project managers, and customer leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify, analyze, and resolve complex functional issues while providing trusted consulting advice to customers.
Mentor junior consultants through knowledge sharing, work allocation, quality reviews, and functional guidance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, reusable assets, innovation, and business development activities.

Skills – Mandatory:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, human resources, business administration, or equivalent.

Required Experience

6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting experience.
Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
Hands-on consulting experience across the complete Hire-to-Retire business process.
Experience working in customer-facing consulting engagements.

Functional Skills

Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Core HR.
Expertise in any two of the following modules:
Time and Labor.
Absence Management.
Payroll.
Benefits.
Compensation
Talent Management.
Minimum three implementation projects involving the selected functional modules.




Strong understanding of Oracle implementation methodology and best practices.
Experience conducting requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and hyper care activities.

Technical Skills

BPM workflow and transaction console configuration.
Application Security.
Fast Formula development across Oracle HCM modules.
Functional configuration and solution documentation.

Oracle Products experience:

Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR (Mandatory).
Expertise in at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules listed above.
