Job Overview

We are looking for a **Risk Management Executive** with strong knowledge of Forex trading and financial markets to monitor trading exposure, identify potential risks, and ensure that trading activities remain within approved risk parameters.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor **Forex trading positions, exposure, P&L;, leverage, and margin levels**.
* Identify and assess **market, liquidity, credit, and operational risks**.
* Monitor client and company trading activities for unusual patterns and excessive exposure.
* Set and monitor **risk limits, stop-loss levels, position limits, and exposure limits**.
* Analyze market volatility and its potential impact on trading positions.
* Monitor **margin calls, drawdowns, and liquidation risks**.
* Prepare daily and periodic **risk reports, exposure reports, and P&L; analysis**.
* Coordinate with **Trading, Dealing, Operations, and Compliance teams** to manage risk effectively.
* Conduct post-trade analysis and identify recurring risk patterns.
* Ensure trading activities follow internal risk policies and approved procedures.
* Support the development and improvement of **risk management strategies and controls**.




* Stay updated on major economic events, central-bank decisions, geopolitical developments, and market movements affecting Forex.

Required Skills

* Strong understanding of **Forex/FX markets and trading concepts**.
* Knowledge of **risk management principles, leverage, margin, hedging, and exposure management**.
* Positive understanding of currency pairs, market volatility, and liquidity.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Excellent **Excel** skills; knowledge of trading/risk management platforms is an advantage.
* Ability to work under pressure and make data-driven decisions.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
* Good communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in **Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field**.
* **2–5 years of relevant experience** in Forex, CFD, trading, brokerage, treasury, or financial risk management.

Preferred

* Experience with **MT4/MT5, CRM, risk-management systems, or trading platforms**.
* Understanding of **hedging, liquidity management, A-book/B-book models, and broker exposure** will be an advantage.
* Candidates with experience in **Forex brokerage or financial markets** are preferred.
