Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Back Office Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The Back Office Executive will perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing and maintaining office operations, supporting sales processes, managing financial documentation, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.



The role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a time-sensitive environment.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Back Office Operations and general Office Operations
Strong communication skills to ensure effective coordination and internal support
Basic knowledge of Sales processes and functions
Understanding of Finance-related activities and documentation
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report generation and documentation
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
