US Operations Executive with 1+ years of experience required in a US Trucking Compliance Organization having operations at Dahisar (Near Railway Station), Mumbai.

Working Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM | Monday - Friday

JD:

- Manage day-to-day US trucking operations and customer support activities
- Process applications for USDOT, MC Authority, BOC-3, UCR, IFTA, IRP, SCAC, and HVUT (Form 2290)
- Verify customer documents and maintain permit, registration, renewal, invoice, and compliance records
- Track permit renewals and update registration and expiration details
- Coordinate with Tax, Payroll, Insurance, and Accounting teams for documentation and operational support
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets to monitor operational performance and customer records
- Organize electronic files and handle customer record verification requests
- Assist with special permit applications for oversized and overweight vehicle operations




- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards
- Provide timely support to customers via email and phone regarding application status and compliance requirements

Salary: ₹25,000 per month
