Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Mivan/Aluform operations, including erection, striking, cleaning, and maintenance of aluminum formwork.
- Supervise RCC works, reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, plastering, finishing, and handover activities.
- Plan and execute daily site activities, manpower deployment, and construction schedules to meet project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with GFC drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor quality checks and maintain construction progress reports.
- Handle conventional shuttering works in addition to Mivan/Aluform systems.

Desired Profile:

- Hands-on experience in Mivan/Aluform and conventional shuttering.
- Solid knowledge of RCC construction, site execution, and quality control.
- Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and project planning.
