Prepare and execute communication plans that support the companys and brand’s direction.
• Create and manage all marketing materials as per brand guidelines, including ATL and BTL materials.
• Plan and handle online marketing activities, including social media and content creation.
• Track the performance of campaigns and suggest changes whenever required.
• Manage communication budgets and coordinate with vendors and agencies for marketing and branding work.
• Plan and execute PR activities and other brand-related initiatives.

Key Requirements

- Experience in marketing or marketing communication.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of content development and creative communication.
• Having PR and media contacts will be an added advantage.
• Valuable spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Good people skills and ability to build relationships with different teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of promotional materials, packaging design, labelling, advertisements, exhibition materials, etc.





Coordination Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the technical support team, including QC and Projects, for feedback on product packaging and branding materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies for planning and executing different activities.
• Coordinate with Lead Branding and regional sales and marketing heads for approvals.
• Send RFQs to vendors and agencies and coordinate with Lead Branding to finalize vendors and agencies.
• Coordinate with ad film agencies for product films, brand films, outdoor shoots, and product photography.
• Coordinate with outdoor, print media, and advertising agencies for branding work.
• Coordinate with exhibition organizers for stall branding activities.
• Coordinate with Lead Branding and the Accounts Department for releasing payments to vendors and agencies.
• Coordinate with agencies for the Managing Director’s interviews and award functions.
• Coordinate with Lead Branding and team members for raising PR and entry sheets in SAP.
