Key Responsibilities

● Carry out daily inspection of ongoing civil, structural and finishing works against approved drawings and specifications.

● Verify contractor manpower and machinery deployment against the agreed plan; flag shortfalls to the PM.

● Take and record site measurements for work executed, supporting bill verification by the Billing Engineer.

● Prepare and submit the Daily Progress Report (DPR) to the Project Manager.

● Follow up with contractor supervisors on rework, snagging items, and schedule slippage at the activity level.

● Coordinate material delivery and on-site storage/handling to avoid damage, wastage or schedule delay.

● Support the Project Manager in weekly progress meetings with activity-level status and photographic records.

● Flag any safety observations on site immediately,



in coordination with the Safety Officer and PM.

● Maintain the daily logbook, contractor work plans, progress schedules, manpower reports, and material consumption reports.

Qualifications & Experience

● B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

● 5-6 years of hands-on site execution experience in building/factory construction.

● Comfortable with daily field measurement, drawing reading, and contractor coordination.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Word for daily reporting; exposure to site documentation formats.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
