Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Interior Designer to lead end-to-end residential and commercial interior projects ranging from 500 sq. ft. to 10,000+ sq. ft.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, space plans, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Design functional and aesthetically appealing residential and commercial spaces.
- Incorporate Vastu principles and client preferences where required.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, furniture layouts, and finish specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
- Supervise site execution and ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage carpenters, masons, POP/gypsum specialists, furniture vendors, and finishing contractors.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reviews.
- Source materials, furniture, lighting, décor, and custom design elements.
- Collaborate closely with promoters and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and design revisions effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.




- 5–15 years of experience in interior design and project execution.
- Proven experience managing residential and commercial projects independently.
- Robust understanding of:
- Interior Design & Space Planning
- Vastu Shastra
- Furniture & Joinery Design
- Material & Finish Selection
- Lighting Design
- Site Execution & Contractor Management
- Exposure to both traditional and contemporary design styles.
- Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and accommodate design revisions.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and key decision-makers.
