About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Java Spring Boot + React Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in backend development using Java and Spring Boot Microservices along with hands-on experience in React.js for building scalable and high-performance web applications. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications while ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development
- Strong experience in Java Spring Boot Microservices
- Solid hands-on experience in React.js
- Proficiency in Java 8/11/17+
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate
- Strong understanding of REST API development and integration
- Immediate to 15 days notice period preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
- Experience with Microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, React.js, JavaScript, and MySQL

- Develop and maintain Microservices-based architecture using Spring Boot
- Implement business logic using Java (8/11/17+), Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services




- Build secure applications using OAuth2, JWT authentication, and role-based access controls
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js
- Ensure application performance, scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance through resilient design patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps teams
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues
- Contribute to architecture discussions, technical design, and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards
- Support cloud-based deployments and infrastructure enhancements
