We are Hiring for an Email Coordinator.

Qualifications:

Any bachelor's degree (No standing arrears).

Experience:

- E-mail coordinator to manage, coordinate email, and ensure timely delivery

- 2-3 years of experience in email coordinating.

- Strong organizational and communication skills in English

- Ability to manage multiple email threads and tasks efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing emails professionally and promptly.

- Maintain organized email records with appropriate labeling and archiving.

- Act as a point of contact for email communication between clients and internal departments.

- Send meeting invites, follow-up emails, and reminders as required.

- Track and manage replies for scheduled projects or queries.

- Generate daily/weekly email activity reports to ensure timely responses.

- Maintain logs for client correspondence.





- Coordinate sharing of drawings, quotations, and reports through email.

- Ensure all attachments are properly formatted and named.

- Draft and maintain professional email templates for various purposes (project updates, quotations and onboarding).

- Flag urgent or high-priority emails to the concerned person or team.
