Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Group Reporting & Compliance Consultant to implement, support, and optimize SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, corporate close, statutory reporting, and compliance within SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions.
- Configure financial consolidation processes, including:
- Data Collection
- Consolidation of Investments
- Currency Translation
- Intercompany Elimination
- Consolidation Monitoring
- Design and maintain consolidation units, consolidation groups, FS Items, and reporting rules.
- Develop and manage data mappings from SAP and non-SAP source systems.
- Execute period-end and year-end financial consolidation activities.
- Configure statutory and compliance reporting requirements.
- Support corporate financial close and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Create management, statutory,



and regulatory reports.
- Troubleshoot reporting, consolidation, and data quality issues.
- Support audit, governance, and compliance activities.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in SAP Group Reporting & Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- Strong understanding of:
- Financial Consolidation
- Corporate Close Processes
- Intercompany Reconciliation
- Currency Translation
- Financial Reporting
- Experience in consolidation rule configuration and data mapping.
- Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting.
- Good understanding of SAP FI, CO, and Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.
- Knowledge of financial governance, audit, and compliance processes.
- Experience working with global finance teams and stakeholders.
