The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing business opportunities, and driving revenue growth by offering recruitment and staffing solutions.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and references.

* Acquire and manage clients for Recruitment and Staffing services.





* Understand client hiring needs and provide customized talent solutions.

* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

* Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring delivery.

* Negotiate commercial terms and achieve monthly revenue targets.
