Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to support the Sales team in handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining sales records, and ensuring timely communication with customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and have a professional personality.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales team regarding customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Dispatch, and Accounts departments.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and presentations.
- Maintain customer databases and sales documentation.
- Update order status and communicate delivery commitments.




- Handle customer enquiries through email and telephone.
- Support the Sales team during customer meetings and exhibitions whenever required.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and management presentations.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of customer records.

Desired Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Professional email drafting skills.
- Well-presentable with a positive attitude.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Educational Qualification

- Any Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA/B.Sc./BA)
- PG/MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Male or Female
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination/Sales Support/Customer Support/B2B Sales Office.
- Comfortable working from the office.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
