Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Business Development (Incentive-Driven):

- Identify potential clients, generate quality leads, and build strong client relationships.

- Manage end-to-end sales pipelines: lead follow-ups, product/service pitches, negotiation, and closing deals.

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales revenue targets.

- Gather client feedback to refine sales strategies and customer offerings.

- Core Business Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, workflow execution, and administrative tasks.

- Manage client onboarding, service delivery coordination, and post-sales support.

- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and operational databases.





- Collaborate with leadership to streamline operational processes and optimize efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.

- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Operations (Startup experience is a plus).

- Robust verbal and written communication skills with persuasive negotiation ability.

- High adaptability and a strong "get-it-done" mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency with basic productivity tools (MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM software).
