SportUp is a technology and infrastructure platform transforming the fitness and sports ecosystem. We bring together consumer discovery, bookings, memberships, and a full-stack operating system for gyms, fitness studios, and sports facilities on a single platform.

We are looking for an Operations & Growth Intern to work closely with the founding team across business development, client management, and operational execution.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone eager to gain real startup experience while contributing directly to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing and coordinating client and facility accounts.

- Work closely with the founders during meetings, product demos, and onboarding sessions.

- Support business development initiatives and help build a strong pipeline of partner facilities.

- Follow up with leads and coordinate meetings, demos, and partnership discussions.

- Generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, field visits, and other lead-generation activities.

- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across teams.





- Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and execution tasks as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Sports Management, or a related field.

- Sports enthusiasts with a passion for the fitness and sports industry will be preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A proactive, organized, and self-driven mindset.

- Confidence in interacting with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Strong interest in startups, operations, growth, and business development.

- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment and take ownership of responsibilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
