Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a robust background in HR Consultancy, Recruitment, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and multiple hiring requirements.
- Handle and maintain relationships with multiple clients.
- Lead and manage the HR/Recruitment team.
- Monitor team performance and recruitment targets.
- Manage HR operations, employee relations, onboarding and exit processes.
- Handle payroll and statutory compliance including PF, ESI and labour laws.
- Prepare HR and recruitment MIS reports.
- Support management in HR policies and employee-related matters.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Consultancy/Staffing experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience handling multiple clients is an advantage.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll and statutory compliance.
- Engineering graduate / MBA HR will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
