Position: Primary English Teacher

Job Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Teach English language skills including Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Phonics.
- Use child-friendly, activity-based, and innovative teaching methods to make learning effective and enjoyable.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching materials, activities, and assessments.
- Develop students’ communication skills, pronunciation, confidence, and creativity.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain accurate records of students’ academic progress.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support and remedial activities.
- Encourage students to participate in storytelling, reading activities, role plays, discussions, recitation, and other language-based activities.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and well-disciplined classroom setting.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and guide them towards continuous improvement.




- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ academic performance and overall development.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, school events, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers and the school management to support students’ overall development.
- Maintain classroom records, student portfolios, and other required academic documentation.

Eligibility & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
- CTET/TET qualification preferred, where applicable.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach towards young learners.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and competency-based teaching methods.
- Basic knowledge of digital teaching tools and smart-class technology is an advantage.
- Prior experience teaching English at the primary level in a CBSE school will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
