Job Description:
The Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with the established standards of practice at Manipal Hospitals. The Nurse will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Duties will include monitoring patients' health conditions, administering medications, assisting with medical procedures, educating patients and their families, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Nurse will also ensure adherence to infection control protocols and participate in continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist physicians with examinations and procedures
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records




- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Skills and Tools Required:

- Registered Nurse (RN) license and degree in Nursing
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Knowledge of infection control procedures and standards

Candidates with prior experience in a hospital setting and specialized certifications in areas such as critical care, pediatrics, or geriatrics will be preferred.
