We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our online presence — from content creation and community growth to paid ad campaigns and lead generation. This is a long-term role where you will work closely with our core team and have real impact on how our brand grows.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google Ads

- Develop strategies to grow our follower base and increase organic reach

- Build and run lead generation campaigns using landing pages, forms, and digital funnels

- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, CPL, ROAS) and share clear weekly/monthly reports

- Collaborate with our content and design team on creatives, reels, and campaign visuals

- Stay on top of trends and suggest fresh ideas to keep our brand relevant and competitive





WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

- Proven experience running Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns (not just boosting posts)

- Ability to create basic social media content independently or coordinate with a designer

- Strong analytical mindset — you look at numbers before making decisions

- Good communication skills and ability to work with a small, fast-moving team

- A portfolio or at least one real campaign example with results (budget, objective, outcome)

NICE TO HAVE:

- Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.)

- Basic knowledge of SEO and website traffic analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)

- Experience working with a tech or B2B brand

COMPENSATION:

Negotiable based on your experience and skill level. We believe in paying fairly for the right person.
