Urgent Hiring – Junior Accountant cum Dispatch Executive

Accounts

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
- Handle GST billing and basic accounting activities.
- Reconcile bank, vendor, and customer accounts.
- Maintain accounting records and MIS reports.

Dispatch & Logistics

- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with transporters/courier partners for timely dispatch.
- Track shipments and update dispatch status.
- Maintain dispatch records and documentation.
- Ensure proper packing and labeling of materials before dispatch.

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally, GST, and MS Excel is mandatory.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
