Job Summary

we are looking for a motivated and organized HR EXECUTIVE To manage Recruitment, employee relations, on-boarding, attendance, HR documentation, and day-to-day

HR Activities. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, good interpersonal abilities, and a basic understanding of HR policies and employment practices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection

Coordinate employee on-boarding and joining formalities

Maintain employee records and HR Documentation

Monitor attendance, leave, and employee related data

Coordinate training and employee development activities

Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information





Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.

Requirements

Bachelor,s degree in Human Resources or related field

2 years of experience in HR or related role

Knowledge of recruitment and employee management processes

Proficiency in MS Office/HR Software

Strong organization and interpersonal skills
