Job Title: Social Media Ads Manager

Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.

Manage ad budgets and improve ROI.

Generate leads, increase website traffic, and drive conversions.

Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in social media advertising.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Positive understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and analytics.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Salary: 10,000/- to 20,000/-
