About the Program

The Udayan Shalini Fellowship (USF) supports talented girls from economically disadvantaged backgrounds by providing scholarships, mentoring, leadership development, life skills, and employability training. The program has impacted 18,500+ girls across 37 chapters in 14 states.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead program planning, implementation, and expansion in the Kolkata chapter.
- Manage budgets and ensure timely execution of program activities.
- Build partnerships with educational institutions, skilling institutes, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate mentoring and volunteer engagement initiatives.
- Engage with beneficiaries, families, donors, alumnae, and external partners.
- Prepare reports, case stories, donor documentation,



and ensure data quality in ERP systems.
- Lead and mentor a team while driving team performance and development.

Requirements

- 5–7 years of experience in managing education or social development programs.
- Experience in managing a team of 5–10 members and handling program budgets of ₹1–2 crore.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla (Hindi is desirable).
- Robust stakeholder management, reporting, and program implementation skills.
