Primary Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all Hugcare premises, including:
- Reception
- Consultation rooms
- Therapy rooms
- Offices
- Meeting rooms
- Washrooms
- Pantry
- Staircases and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas daily.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as:
- Door handles
- Reception desk
- Tables
- Chairs
- Light switches
- Handrails
- Computer desks
- Waiting area furniture
- Ensure washrooms remain clean, sanitized, and fully stocked with:
- Soap
- Tissue paper
- Hand sanitizer
- Air freshener
- Dispose of waste properly and separate general waste from medical or confidential waste according to Hugcare policy.
- Refill drinking water, pantry supplies, and maintain pantry cleanliness.
- Keep the reception and waiting area neat and welcoming for clients and visitors.
- Assist in arranging furniture and preparing rooms for:
- Counselling sessions
- Training programs
- Meetings
- Workshops
- Corporate events
- Report any maintenance issues immediately, including:
- Water leakage
- Electrical faults
- Broken furniture
- Plumbing problems
- Damaged equipment
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and follow all safety instructions.
- Follow infection prevention and hygiene protocols while cleaning counselling rooms, consultation rooms, and common areas. Healthcare facilities should maintain written cleaning procedures, appropriate training, and regular disinfection of high-touch surfaces.
- Support office staff whenever required with basic non-clinical assistance.
- Ensure all office doors, lights, fans, and air conditioners are checked before leaving duty.




- Maintain cleaning records/checklists assigned by the administration.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of all clients and employees.

Daily Duties

- Open and prepare the office before business hours.
- Clean all rooms before clients arrive.
- Empty dustbins regularly.
- Mop floors at scheduled intervals.
- Clean glass doors and windows.
- Arrange chairs and office furniture neatly.
- Water indoor plants (if assigned).
- Clean pantry after use.
- Lock cleaning supplies securely after duty.

Employee Responsibilities

- Wear the Hugcare uniform and ID card during working hours.
- Maintain personal hygiene and a neat appearance.
- Be polite, respectful, and professional with clients and colleagues.
- Report to duty on time every day.
- Follow instructions from supervisors.
- Do not use mobile phones during work except in emergencies.
- Do not disclose any client or company information.
- Immediately report accidents, spills, or safety hazards.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
