Position : Plant Manager (Pasta) Location : Mozambique , West Africa Experience : More than 12 years of experience in pasta production Roles Responsibilities :

1. Direct all activities related to operations and production in accordance with Global Supply Chain s business plan and the strategic goals of the Company and business units.
2. Ensure input and packing materials availability for uninterrupted plant operation.
3. Direct and manage the overall production plan for the operation, including supervising the day-to-day operations that come with implementation.
4. Carry out all other duties as may be assigned by the business leadership

Desired Candidate :

1. Expertise in Pasta Technology
2. Willing to relocate to Africa
3. Positive hands on Troubleshooting,People Management, Supply Chain Management and equipment maintenance
