- Manage daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
- Oversee maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Job Requirements :
- Experience in beverage manufacturing, Tetra Pak , PET or related industry.
- Solid knowledge of factory head/plant head/plant manager roles in a food processing environment.
