Job description:
- DMS SBAO Application Techno Functional Support (L2 Technical Support to Branches, RPUs) .
- Create current reports/ Resolve reports related Issues in BAM. Coordinate with business vertical.
- Troubleshooting of day to day issues in DMS, Testing & Implementing bug fixes.
- Deploy any CRs in UAT/production environments.
- Coordination with Infra team for VA patching , OS and DB patching etc.
