We are looking for enthusiastic engineers who want to learn a lot of things about consumer products with the latest AI & IOT Technologies used by global brands.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide a delightful Customer Experience by giving product demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on secure and effective equipment use.
- Communicate with customers regarding service activities, explain repairs, and provide usage guidance.
- Perform calibration & testing post-repairs to ensure equipment functionality.
- Record service activities and maintain service reports.
- Coordinating and facilitating a smooth flow of communication within the internal teams.
- Build and maintain relationships and rapport with customers to get an opportunity to sell Accessories / Consumables and get a chance to earn an incentive (No Targets | No Cold Calling).
Required Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics Engineering (Preferred not Mandatory)
- Good Communication Skills: English & Local Regional Language (Mandatory)
- Two Wheeler is mandatory (except Mumbai)
- Laptop (Will be preferred)
- Superb work ethic & a growth mindset.
