- Manage health claims from receipt to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate with TPA (Third Party Administrator) for claim settlement and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
- Process medical insurance claims, including Mediclaim and other relevant policies, maintaining high accuracy rates.
- Monitor claim payments and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the process.
Job Requirements :
- 0-7 years of experience in claims management or related field.
- Solid understanding of health insurance, mediclaim, and medical insurance concepts.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
