- Responsible for end-to-end design of Learning and Development journeys (Digital, ILT, VILT etc.) on both technical and behavioral skills in collaboration with Talent Management for more than 150+ unique roles across the organisation
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Competency Management and Framework design
- Translating Business/Unique role-based needs to well-designed competency based module/journey
- Responsible for Training Need Analysis and identification via Development Survey based on Skills/competencies
- Knowledge of Adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Robust presentation and facilitations skills to drive learning and development agenda internally
- Familiarity with LMS and LXPs, e-learning tools (Articulate, Captive) and AI Based learning platforms
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to translate and execute global interventions
- Ability to identify, collaborate and execute learning programs with learning agencies and partners.




- This is an individual contributor role and will be responsible for driving Learning and Development agenda for 3000 employees across three entities.

- 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development. Exposure to Talent Management is a plus Must have worked both on Functional and Behavioral Skills (as a facilitator or project manager)
- Proven facilitation skills and/or certified as a facilitator
- Proven ability to manage and execute projects. Certification in Project management is a plus
- Preferably from Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / FMCG / FMCD background
