Role Summary:

HRBP role - GBS: Partners as an HR advisor to align HR with business objectives and support an inclusive work culture. Supports delivery of people initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent development and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with GBS leadership teams to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Provide guidance and support on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and organisational design.
- Partner with business & TA to drive recruitment via strategic planning, defining the role, and budget alignment
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a high-performance culture.
- Guide managers on employee relations, performance management and leadership effectiveness.
- Collaborate with CoE and HR Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR programs and services.
- Analyse workforce metrics and insights to identify trends and recommend actions that support business outcomes.
- Support change management initiatives associated with business transformation and organisational growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,



employment regulations and HR governance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-8 years experience in Human Resources with a focus on HR Business Partnering
- Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven HR Business Partner experience, preferably within a Global Business Services, Shared Services or multinational setting.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing business decisions and HR advisory support.
- Experienced in supporting organisational change, talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
