Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice/Chat Process

Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers:
- Must be a graduate (any discipline).
Experienced Candidates:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Customer Support/International Voice Process.
Salary:
18k-23k (depend on interview/last drawn
18k for Freshers
Job Details:
- International Voice Process
- 247 rotational shifts
- 5 days working (9.5 hours)
- Rotational week-offs
- Two consecutive weekly offs (as per business requirement)
- Cab facility available during odd hours for employees residing within a 30 km radius of the office.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Robust customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
