- Conduct business analysis to identify requirements for IT projects, including gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
- Develop BRD (Business Requirement Document) or FRD (Functional Requirement Document) based on gathered requirements.
- Perform gap analysis to identify gaps between current systems or processes and desired state.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in Business Analysis role.
- Robust understanding of requirement gathering techniques such as interviews, surveys, focus groups etc. .
- Proficiency in creating clear and concise documents like BRD/FRD.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Looking for prior experience in insurance domain.
