Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven Telecaller / Sales Calling Executive to connect with potential customers interested in Electric Scooters and Bikes. Your primary responsibility will be following up on inbound/digital leads, pitching our EV models, addressing customer queries, and booking showroom visits and test rides.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Prospecting leads daily generated through digital marketing, website inquiries, and walk-in databases.
- Lead Qualification: Understand customers' travel needs, daily mileage, and budget requirements to recommend the right EV model.
- Pitching & Education: Explain vehicle specifications, battery warranty, charging time, running cost savings vs. petrol, and finance/EMI options.
- Appointment Booking: Drive footfalls by scheduling free showroom test rides and site visits.
- Follow-Ups: Consistently track pending leads, answer customer questions, and send brochures/quotations via WhatsApp.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate call logs, lead status updates,



and daily performance sheets in Excel or CRM software.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support (Automobile, EV, or Finance/Loan calling experience is a strong plus; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and basic English; knowledge of the local regional language is preferred.
- Skills: Clear phone voice, persuasive selling skills, active listening, and basic MS Excel/Google Sheets handling.
