Job Title: IT Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and assess technical skills based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of IT professionals.
- Negotiate salary and communicate job offers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools.
- Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
- Time management and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, IT, or related field).
- Experience in technical recruitment is preferred.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
