We are seeking an experienced Private Chef with robust multi-cuisine expertise and particular strength in Indian cuisine. The chef will manage daily meals and cater to frequent entertaining and guest occasions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare daily healthy and nutritious meals.
- Manage menu planning and food preparation for guests and private events.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Coordinate with household staff during larger gatherings.
- Travel with the family when required.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Indian and multi-cuisine cooking.
- Good knowledge of nutrition and healthy cooking.
- Smart, well-spoken, professional, and discreet.
- Comfortable working independently and during events.
- Willing to travel with the family as required.
Employment Details
Working Hours: Up to 12 hours/day
Weekly Off: 1 day
Travel: Periodic, as required by the family.
