Role: Customer Support Email & Inbound
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through email and inbound calls.
- Provide accurate resolutions and maintain service quality.
- Follow process guidelines and ensure customer satisfaction.
Shift:
- Girls: Rotational shifts between 9 AM–10 PM
- Boys: 247 rotational shifts, any 9-hour shift
- 1 weekly off
