Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, customer-focused, and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Tijori Luxury . The role involves supervising front-end boutique activities, managing inventory and billing processes, leading the boutique team, and ensuring an exceptional luxury shopping experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and support day-to-day boutique operations to ensure smooth functioning.
2. Lead and guide the boutique team in delivering a premium customer experience aligned with luxury retail standards.
3. Oversee POS billing, cash handling, and front desk operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory records, stock levels, stock counts, and Excel-based reports .
5. Ensure timely stock replenishment and coordinate with internal teams for inventory requirements.
6. Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally while maintaining high service standards.
7. Ensure boutique displays, visual merchandising, and overall presentation reflect the brand's luxury image.
8. Train, motivate, and monitor team performance to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction.
9. Maintain accurate operational records, stock documentation, and reporting.
10. Support sales initiatives and work towards achieving boutique sales and operational targets.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
12. Foster a welcoming, skilled, and luxury-oriented environment for all guests.





Eligibility Criteria

1. Education: Graduate (any discipline)
2. Location: Mumbai-based candidates preferred
3. Experience: 25 years of experience in luxury retail, boutique operations, hospitality, or customer service, with prior team-handling or supervisory experience preferred.

Skills Required

1. Experience in luxury retail environments with a strong understanding of high-end products and premium clientele.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, POS systems, inventory management, and basic computer operations.
3. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
4. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
5. Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and strong grooming standards.
6. Ability to manage customer interactions and provide a seamless luxury shopping experience.
7. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
