• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Assisted Buying Agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Monitor individual and team performance metrics such as conversion rate, revenue per interaction, AHT, CSAT, and
quality scores
• Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-one coaching sessions, and feedback discussions
• Drive discipline, attendance, and adherence to schedules and processes

• Ensure high-quality customer interactions across calls, chats, and digital channels
• Support agents in handling complex customer queries, objections, and escalations
• Drive consultative selling for high-value and customized products
• Ensure alignment with brand tone, service standards, and customer-first approach
