Role & responsibilities - Handle all legal matters related to land acquisition, title verification, JV/DA agreements, RERA compliance

- Draft, review and negotiate agreements: Sale Deeds, MOU, Development Agreements, Construction Agreements, Lease Deeds

- Manage litigation & non- litigation, notices, and due diligence for ongoing and upcoming projects

- Advise management on legal risks, compliance, and current real estate regulations

Preferred candidate profile - Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in real estate legal matters

- Expertise: Must be well versed with Real Estate laws - RERA, MOFA, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Stamp Duty, etc.

- Skills: Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Eye for detail is a must

- Languages: Must be fluent in spoken and written English, Hindi and Marathi

- Location: Comfortable working from our office in MIDC Andheri East, Mumbai
