Job Description Logistic Manager

Industry : Pharma

Location : Mumbai

Education : B Pharm/ B Sc

Experience : 8 to 10 Year ( Valuable experience in Pharma Export documents )

Key Responsibilities:

* Shipment Planning

* Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for finished goods packing lists.

* Prepare container planning and air shipment planning.

* Freight Negotiation

* Negotiate sea and air freight rates with logistics service providers.

* Documentation Monitoring

* Monitor pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation activities.

* CHA Coordination

* Coordinate with CHA for shipment execution and customs-related queries.

* License Management

* Handle Advance License and EPCG License applications and closures.

* RODTEP Application

* Prepare and submit RODTEP applications.





* Bill Verification

* Verify and submit CHA bills for processing.

* Banking Coordination

* Coordinate with banks for export LC handling and export/import document lodgement.

* Outdoor Activities

* Visit DGFT offices at Churchgate for Advance License/EPCG License application and closure formalities.

* Visit customs offices to resolve shipment-related queries.
