About the Role

We are looking for a well-groomed, customer-oriented Female Retail Sales Executive who can understand customer needs, recommend suitable hair solutions, drive sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist walk-in customers and recommend suitable hair solutions.
- Conduct product trials and basic styling using hair styling tools.
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Process online orders and coordinate with vendors.
- Manage inventory, billing, stock, and quality checks.
- Maintain showroom presentation and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

- 1 - 2 years of experience in beauty, salon, cosmetic, luxury retail, or customer-facing sales.
- Good sales and customer consultation skills.




- Basic knowledge of hairstyles and styling tools.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, billing, or inventory software.
- Well-groomed with excellent communication skills.
