Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities for current accounts, saving accounts, and retail liabilities through various channels such as direct marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase cross-selling opportunities for other bank products and services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive CASA acquisition landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in CASA sales or related field (B2C/Retail Banking).
- Robust understanding of current account, saving account, retail liabilities, and CASA acquisition processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
