Responsibilities

- Manage and develop a portfolio of branch customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the assigned customer base, driving revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored solutions to meet the diverse financial needs of customers
- Actively participate in branch activities and initiatives to support the overall growth and success of the Consumer Banking Group
- Continuously monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members,

Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
