Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in building scalable web applications, APIs, and intelligent middleware solutions. The ideal candidate will bring solid expertise in Python, FastAPI, data modeling, and a modern front-end framework, along with hands-on experience integrating Agentic AI and LLM-based services into enterprise applications.

The role will design and deliver end-to-end solutions that support data-driven business processes, AI-powered workflows, and secure cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Backend & API Development

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
- Build scalable backend services and microservices using Python and asynchronous programming practices.
- Implement API authentication, authorization, validation, exception handling, logging, monitoring, and security controls.
- Create clear API contracts and documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger, and optimize services for performance and reliability.

Full Stack Application Development

- Develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web applications using React.js, Angular, or a comparable modern framework.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs, middleware services, and enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with product, UX, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into maintainable solutions.

Data Modeling & Database Design

- Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business and application requirements.
- Develop efficient schemas, relationships, constraints, and indexing strategies for relational and NoSQL databases.
- Work with platforms such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB, and tune queries for performance and scalability.

Agentic AI & Middleware Integration

- Design middleware and orchestration services that securely connect Agentic AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.




- Integrate agentic and LLM services through well-governed APIs, including Azure OpenAI/OpenAI-based solutions and relevant enterprise AI platforms.
- Build agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel, including tool calling, state management, and multi-step orchestration.
- Create API layers that expose AI capabilities to downstream systems while enforcing access control, observability, rate limits, and error handling.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns and integrations with vector stores or enterprise search platforms.
- Enable human-in-the-loop controls, auditability, guardrails, fallback paths, and responsible AI practices for production workflows.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, and data teams to ensure AI integrations meet enterprise standards.

Cloud, DevOps & Engineering Quality

- Deploy and operate applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP using cloud-native services.
- Containerize services using Docker and support orchestration through Kubernetes where applicable.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code quality checks, and release processes.
- Apply secure coding, version control, peer review, unit testing, integration testing, and production monitoring practices.

Required Qualifications

Core Experience

- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on FastAPI experience in production or enterprise-grade solutions.
- Demonstrated experience designing and building REST APIs, microservices, and middleware integrations.




- Strong knowledge of data structures, data modeling, database design, SQL, and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, or another modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework.
- Solid understanding of asynchronous processing, API lifecycle management, software design patterns, and distributed systems.

Agentic AI & Integration Skills

- Experience integrating LLMs or Agentic AI capabilities into applications or middleware.
- Working knowledge of one or more frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
- Understanding of prompt design, tool/function calling, agent orchestration, context management, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with vector databases or enterprise retrieval platforms such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, or Chroma.
- Ability to design secure and observable AI API integrations, including identity, secrets management, telemetry, and resilient failure handling.

Strong

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with enterprise integration, event-driven architecture, message queues, or API gateways.
- Exposure to data engineering, analytics platforms, Databricks, or Azure AI services.
- Knowledge of AI governance, model risk, privacy, responsible AI, and production support practices.
- Experience working in Agile teams and communicating with technical and business stakeholders.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
