; Product Engineering
- ;Responsible for Designing New Products, Drafting Design Document and conducting Design Reviews
- ;Responsible for planning a Test Methodology for Design verification.
- ;Collaborate with QA, RA, Production Department to understand Regulatory and Compliance Requirement.
- ;Perform Design Risk Analysis and Mitigation Plan.
- ;Collaborate with Project Manager in designing process for recent product manufacturing.
- ;Coordinate with Internal and External Labs for conduction various testing.
; Project Management
- ;Being detail-oriented with good organizational abilities to act as a coordinator for smooth functioning of NPD function
- ;Working on trackers management and vendor management
Document Management
- ;Custodian for maintaining documentation of NPD Design Document, Test Protocols and Reports
; Qualifications
- ;B. Pharma / M. Pharma / B.tech/ Postgraduate Biotechnology;
- ;5-8 Years in QA, QMS compliance, and regulatory support
